Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once you place your oder, one of our delivery associates will contact you. We typically ship orders within 24 working hours of receiving it.

Delivery Time

Hyderabad / Bangalore / Vijayawada / Warangal - within 24 hours

Rest of Telangana and AP - only if order is above 3 tonne (3000 kg) - within 48 hours

Currently, we only delivery within a 100 km radius of Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vijayawada and Warangal.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at cs@shivtara.com with a picture attached.
