Our Story

Welcome to Shivtara — where over a century of milling heritage meets modern food processing.
For four generations, the Sahuwala family has been dedicated to one craft: transforming the finest wheat into consistent, high-quality flour trusted by bakeries, food manufacturers and families across India.

At Shivtara, flour milling is not just a business — it is a craft refined over four generations.

Our journey began in 1920, when the Sahuwala family started milling wheat into Chakki Atta and Maida. For more than 100 years, that simple commitment to freshness, purity and consistency has remained unchanged.

Today, we combine that century-old milling wisdom with modern technology to produce flours that perform beautifully — whether it’s soft rotis at home or perfectly risen breads, biscuits, noodles and baked goods in professional kitchens.

All our flours are free from chemicals and preservatives, because we believe good food should be simple, natural and wholesome.

Quality and food safety are central to everything we do. In fact, the standard we follow is very simple:

What we sell is exactly what we feed our own families.

To achieve this, Shivtara sources premium wheat from carefully selected growing regions across India. The grain is stored in modern silos and expertly blended by experienced millers to achieve consistent flour quality.

Our advanced milling facilities ensure the flour remains pure, hygienic and untouched by hand throughout the process. Every batch undergoes multiple tests in our in-house quality laboratories, ensuring it meets the performance standards that bakeries, food manufacturers and households rely on.

The result is flour you can trust — the perfect ingredient for rotis, breads, cakes, biscuits, noodles and countless other foods enjoyed every day.
